A Drop-In Education Group for people who clutter or hoard

Mills Health Center

When:

1st and 3rd Thursdays beginning 2/16/12

Time:

5:30 – 6:15 pm

Who: 

If you believe you have an issue with:

  1. Excessive acquiring
  2. Difficulty discarding
  3. Living in cluttered spaces
  4. Having significant distress or impairment

 Cost:

$5.00 donation requested

 

This group will include education on the following six rotating subjects:

  1. Introduction to Clutter & Hoarding
  2. Stages of change
  3. 10 Common Myths that hamper getting help
  1. Family Issues
  2. Enhanced Harm Reduction
  3. Tools to make therapy work for you
